First things first - What is the goal of your website?

Websites can look great but if they don’t accomplish your goals of increased sales or visibility, then you may be wasting your money. Once you have the goal of your website, we can help you select the right solution. If you only need to provide basic information on your business, perhaps a simple one page site is a good start. If you are not sure what you want to accomplish with your website, we can discuss the many options with you.

We know your time is valuable. We can have a short initial discussion via the phone, then plan to meet in our offices where we can work out the details. If you prefer, we have a service where we come to your place of business. We can also visit you to take pictures of your business, team members, products or services.

Do we need to meet?

We hope so!   It is important to convey your website goals and design preferences. We can help you define your website look and feel and provide you with advice on usability and marketing. Websites succeed when they are designed for a particular purpose, and this should be identified at the beginning.

How long does it take?

Our initial meeting should last between 1 to 2 hours. We will continue to communicate if there are any design questions. A straightforward website should be completed within 1 to 2 weeks.

How do I pay?

The easiest way to pay is by company check. We will invoice you monthly and you can provide post-dated checks if you prefer.

I already have a website. Can you maintain it?

Yes, but we are most efficient maintaining websites that we build ourselves. We know the code and we know that it is well formed and maintainable. We will gladly assist you with your current sites, but we will have to charge by the hour.

I’m too busy! Can you write the content?

Yes, we can write the content for you. We will require the messages that you want to convey and we will perform the appropriate research and create the content.

Do I need an email address?

An email address sets the expectation that you will answer it fairly often. If it is not possible for you to answer emails every day or two, we suggest just providing a phone number. It is possible to use a service to forward your emails to your fax number, but you may still need to respond via email.

Can I see how many people visit my site?

Yes, we can integrate Google Analytics and set up an account for you. There is a wealth of information available.

Can you help me buy internet ads?

Yes, we can open a Google Adwords account with you. We can walk you through the process and help you set up your first ads!
